Shorts Automation Uploader ("the application") is a personal, non-commercial command-line tool. It is operated solely by its owner on their own computer and is not offered, distributed, or licensed to any other party. These terms describe how the application is used and what it does.

The application compiles C++ source files locally, captures the real output of the compiled programs, renders that source and output into short vertical videos with synthesized narration, and uploads the finished videos to a YouTube channel owned by the operator.
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, the operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledges the Google Privacy Policy.

It does not access, collect, store, or display data belonging to any other channel or viewer.
The application is used in a manner consistent with YouTube's policies. In particular:
Videos produced by the application are educational material about C++ programming. The operator is responsible for the content of everything uploaded to their channel, and for its compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable copyright law.
Authorization may be withdrawn at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Once revoked, the application can no longer access YouTube in any form.
The application is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It is a personal project with no service commitment, no availability guarantee, and no support obligation.
