Shorts Automation Uploader

A personal tool that generates short educational videos about C++ programming and uploads them to the owner's own YouTube channel.

What this application does

Shorts Automation Uploader is a command-line tool run by a single individual on their own computer. It produces short-form educational videos that teach C++ programming syntax, and publishes them to a YouTube channel owned by that same individual.

How a video is made

• A C++ source file is compiled locally with the Microsoft Visual C++ compiler.
• The compiled program is executed and its real console output is captured.
• Slides showing the source code and its actual output are rendered as images.
• A Korean narration track is synthesized with a text-to-speech engine.
• The images and audio are encoded into a vertical 1080×1920 MP4 file with FFmpeg.
• The finished video is uploaded to the owner's YouTube channel.

Use of the YouTube API Services

This application uses YouTube API Services. By using it, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The application does not read, collect, analyze, or display data belonging to any other YouTube user or channel. It only writes to the single channel that the operator has explicitly authorized.

Who uses it

The application has exactly one user: its owner. It is not distributed, sold, or offered as a service to anyone else, and it has no public sign-up, no server, and no shared backend. It runs entirely on the owner's local machine.

Managing access

Authorization can be revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page. Revoking access immediately and permanently stops the application from uploading anything.
